Episode 9 - Father's Day Sega Genesis Special

Welcome to the third and final episode of season 2 of Evoking the Sublime.

I wanted to do something a little special on this episode. Oftentimes, I talk with people about the Sega Genesis, but it’s rare that I find people that hold the same reverence for the system as I have. So I decided to bring on the only person that I know that shares that same love for the Genesis as me: my father.

We sat down to reminisce on the games we have loved for years and had such a wonderful time. Please enjoy.

I love you, Dad.

Episode 8 - Ori and the Will of the Wisps

The second episode of season 2 is here! God, it feels so good to say that.

In this episode, I broke down the creation and development of one of the best games of this year: Ori and the Will of the Wisps.

I was joined by Jeremy Gritton, art director and story lead, and Chris McEntee, lead designer, at Moon Studios to delve into detail about this amazing game.

Jeremy does not have social media at this time, but if you’d like to check out Chris and his work, please follow him on Twitter.
