Black Representation in Gaming - Ep. 232

Hello everyone, and welcome to this week’s episode of the Chompcast!

We dispensed from our usual light-hearted topic of the week to discuss something that has been on our mind since the events of last year: black representation in video games and the video gaming medium. Is the level and kind of representation in gaming sufficient and inclusive? Is there a lot of work that needs to be done to be more inclusive (spoiler alert: yes)?

We were also joined by friend and guest, Marcus Worrell to offer some much-needed insight into the subject.

Here is a charity where proceeds go to providing underrepresented communities with education needs and opportunities:

Lastly, at the foot of the show notes will be some further resources to check out if you are interested in checking out more information or just seeing where some of the information in the show came from!
